I kinda can't speak either of them fluently.
When someone physically speaks it to me I somewhat understand.
I can say some words but thats bout it. hahaha

| LOLOLOL No not really, I'm better at listening then talking. I understand more.. When I talk I'm grammatically incorrect and etc. It's the same for Thai, though I understand Thai a lot less.  |

i'm Laos too and part Thai but also Vietnamese.
I can't speak any of them fluently either but i understand .
Well i understand Laos the most.
